Anyone have their copy pre-ordered yet?

Through a friend. I don't know if I made it in before the pre-order cutoff, though. I guess I will know in a few weeks.

I have not pre-ordered. Just been playing RefRain. Still haven't checked out the DC version again to see if I can renew my interest.

The price keeps changing on play-asia. It was just over $70 when I pre-ordered. Then it dropped down to $69.xx. Now it is at $71.99. Make up your minds, guys.

AmiAmi has better prices, but I don't know if they are still taking pre-orders. I will be going with AmiAmi or HMV Japan if I pick this up. Play-Asia prices are awful.

The reason I didn't order from AmiAmi is because of their message about G.Rev reporting all pre-order slots had been filled. I have had good experiences with play-asia in the past so I guess you could say I trust them. Their prices are far from the worst. I think they are a happy medium.

They are certainly trust worthy. Just not a fan of the extra $10 - $30 they charge for pre-orders on most games... Enjoy the game!

AmiAmi is great, but only when there is no Asian version of the game available, as they only stock Japanese versions. Play-Asia carries Asian versions when available (although they like they play cat and mouse sometimes and list the Japanese version weeks before the Asian one), which are substantially cheaper (in some cases up to 40%).
Another thing to consider is that Play-Asia is extremely reliable, often gives discounts, gives you fixed USD prices not subject to change (unless the price is reduced), and offers very cheap shipping. AmiAmi is known for goofing up pre-orders (although I've never had a problem myself), their prices are listed in yen only so they are always subject to change via exchange rate, and their shipping is a little on the expensive side.
So for me, the basic rule of thumb is to go with AmiAmi if the game isn't being distributed in Asian regions (you'll usually save between 10 and 20 USD), but go with Play-Asia if it is (when I pre-ordered the last Ryu ga Gotoku game, the Asian version was going for about $60 USD, and the Japanese version was going for close to $100).

I've never had an issue with AmiAmi and find their shipping rates to be on par with play-Asia. At least with EMS. I never ever do SAL. *shrug*
AmiAmi even held one of my pre-order items for a few months because I wanted to combine the order with a pre-order that didn't come out until two months later. No issues. Still got all the pre-order bonsues. Great service. Quick responses from their customer service.
HMV Japan is also good as long as your bank doesn't put a hold on your credit card after seeing a charge coming from Japan... That happened the 2nd time I tried to order from them. They are great otherwise. Amazon Japan is also great for movies and CDs... I do not believe they ship games to the US. :'(

I went with play-asia. I'd rather pay a little extra and order with a site that I know is a little more reliable.
Oh and a WTF-Moment. Fedex/UPS shipping (1-4 days) was cheaper than SAL (up to 21 days).
