2012 MW3 Jeep Emblem

Post by Hazerd »

Not sure if anyone knows about the 2012 Jeep Wrangler MW3 Edition, which is going for $40,000+, but knowing that not many "Gamers" would lay that kind of money down on a vehicle, you can still make your vehicle look the part kinda...

at $45 i think it's almost worth it  but im afraid someone would steal it off my truck.

here's the actual jeep, this one is $47k

Nothing screams "I have a small penis!" quite like this.

I personally wouldnt get it, but just because someone wants a nice vehicle doesnt mean they are trying to over compensate for anything...

Unfortunately i think there is more people who play CoD than people who dont, and i dont even own MW3 or play it, not a fan. 8)

My neighbor has a black jeep wrangler; it's a really nice car and he loves it. But I question the sanity/intelligence of anyone that would drop 40K to shout from the mountain what their favorite video game is.

Well, realistically, they're dropping around $5k to do that. In terms of function, it's basically a Rubicon with a custom hood and bumpers, some additional Mopar accessories, plus the CoD branding. The CoD edition MSRPs for about $7k more, but if you factor in that a replacement hood and front/rear bumpers alone would probably run $500 apiece, plus painting/installation/whatever (and the other little bells n' whistles), and you can probably justify some of that additional expense.

I mean, I don't disagree with the sentiment, just sayin' that most of the expense comes purely from it being a top-end Wrangler/Wrangler Unlimited with a bunch of Mopar parts tacked on. An extra few thousand for a limited edition appearance package really isn't that out of line for the car industry.
