Smile: Finally secured a house! Well I suppose technically it's not 100 percent yet, but the realtor lady said she didn't "forsee any problems". We move in next week.

Affordable, nice neighborhood, good size, FRIGGIN WALK IN SHOWER, wood floors, nice backyard, tons of storage spaces, etc. It's also a LOT closer to work and is like, just down the road from tons of restaurants.

Smile: Got out of work early today. Decided to to go into the music shop that moved locations in the past 6 months (a minute away from where I work now). I was talking with the owner for a while, inquiring about work actually.

Frown: He said he isn't hiring any one at the moment, and they look at lot for people with software skills. I was kinda hoping for work as an instrument tech.

But on the bright side: He said employees come and go frequently, and his only guitar tech at the present might be leaving soon, so he told me a few times to leave a resume. I think I might go back and leave a resume. Even if I just pick up a few days there, I would think it would be a pleasure. Getting paid to do things I already do as hobbies is always awesome. There's other local guitar shops around, but this one is a minute away from my current job, which is about 10-15 minutes from where I live.

Thanks a bunch everyone!

I'll try and make a game room thread when everything's set up and I actually get into the place.

:( : I wish I had stuff to post in the "finds of the day" thread more often.

:x : An Amazon purchase isn't working out like it was supposed to. I bought a PS1 game, and the seller neglected to mention that it came in a generic DVD case instead of the original box. I filed a claim, and so far, no response.

:) : I posted all of my nes and snes games from my sale thread here, in an ad on Craigslist. Someone asked about them today. Supposedly it's someone who actually collects which makes me feel a lot better, I'd rather all that stuff go to someone who will enjoy it than sell it to the guy I was originally going to sell it to, just so he could resell it.

 : I hate it when I post an ad on craigslist and one of the guys at the local game store emails me about them. If I wanted to take my shit there and get nothing for it, I would do that in the first place. I've finally figured out their emails so I know not to respond to them.
