Kaepora Gaebora, specifically the one from Ocarina of Time. I never have an issue with the owls elsewhere in the series (even Kaepora himself in Majora's Mask) but he's the worst kind of fucking annoying in Ocarina.

When I tell people that RE 4 was more entertaining than RE 5, this is one of the reasons why. There's something hilarious about Leon getting nowhere with Ada or the girl on the radio, but this kind of annoying, underaged, president's daughter is the one female who kind of makes a move on him. He's not kidding when he says he has no luck with ladies
