Kaepora Gaebora, specifically the one from Ocarina of Time. I never have an issue with the owls elsewhere in the series (even Kaepora himself in Majora's Mask) but he's the worst kind of fucking annoying in Ocarina.

Jerk to the extreme -- only helps Ryo in his quest locating Yuanda Zhu because he's in it for the money -- also bets against him in the fighting challenges, and has another dirty trick up his sleeve I won't spoil here. I was glad to be gone from him finally.
