Need help playing Gourmet Sentai

Hello my fellow Nintendo enthusiasts! I need your help. I have recently discovered the wonderful insanity that is Gourmet Sentai and I love every bit of it. However, my friend and I feel we are only scratching the surface of the combat system due to seeing a computer controlled partner go absolutely nuts with Bonjour. I've been playing as Bonjour for a few tries and I can't seem to do any of the crazy moves/combos that the computer controlled partner did. Does anyone here know how to play the game the right way? My buddy discovered the posing + R move by accident, but we haven't been lucky in finding any others. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
