Oh almost forgot! You need to extract the contents from the iso to your desktop (or wherever you want the game). There's no installation process. You can run the game from an image mounting tool but the configuration settings only saved for me when I had the game copied to my computer.

You can do it! Make good use of the MEFA2 attacks. Just shooting won't get you far. Extends are VERY generous in this game.

BTW, do you like it so far?

I really like the music and the bullet-patterns are very intoxicating.

Need to figure some things out for sure though. I just did 2 runs to see where I was at, so obviously a ton of room for improvement.

I'll have to read that guide that s1mple linked - I had no idea what was getting me points and what wasn't. Is it my eyes, or are the gold coins getting smaller the longer I wait to grab them?

Edit: got a slightly higher score too, but nothing worth posting. I also unlocked another version of each difficulty but it adds some suicide bullets. interesting. It honestly wasn't really much harder, and I was able to make it to stage 5 as usual. I just don't have some of the bullet patterns near the end down enough that I can avoid them every time, but the rest of the game is a breeze now. I've gotten to stage 5 with anywhere between 2 and 4 lives.

I also finished the game, but I had to use all 3 credits for that... I think I'll be able to do it in 1 credit eventually.

The guide will help a lot. You can stun bosses with your MEFA2 attacks. Cancel bullets with the concept reactor. Collecting those coins will help build up your reactor too.

Ugh. I was so close to the 1CC. I can definitely do this. Either tonight after the Super Bowl or tomorrow!

Edit: over 500,000,000 now. But I had to leave. Midway through final boss. D:
