Okay I made some progress. After reading the burning guide I realized I was in fact burning my games all wrong(didn't know to use just the .cue in ImgBurn), I was able to make two working NA backups, but when I tried a patched Japanese game it still gave me the "disc is unsuitable" message. I tried to swap one of my NA discs with a (patched)JP one after booting up to the Sega logo cause I've heard that works for some people but instead it went back to the menu and said "cartridge is unsuitable" which is crazy because I have no cart. My patched JP disc is recognized by SRP as an NA Saturn disc, so why won't it run on my system?
I don't currently have access to a multimeter. I may get one soon for another project, but that project is dependent on whether or not I get the Saturn up and running...
I'm going to need a little bit of instruction in regards to finding proper images. I'm familiar with what TOSEC is/does, but I'm unclear on how to actually use their information. I downloaded an archive of Saturn .cue files from redump.org, do I just use these .cue files with any .bin image(assuming it's the same revision for that game), or do I still need to find special .bin files as well?
EDIT: Just tried using a redump .cue with my JP .bin image, wouldn't even let me burn it. Tried it before and after patching, it seems that this .cue requires multiple .bin files with track numbers for Radiant Silvergun. Tried googling the files that ImgBurn says the .cue needs but nothing. I think I'm misunderstanding a lot of this but I appreciate all the input I've been getting so far.

hola Zorator , you need to download the full game .BIN + .CUE.............you can find redump.org and TOSEC downloads over at Underground Gamer. They will be RARed or Zipped or another archive format.
Just get a few games for testing , dont get the whole lot for now.
