Sister "Hammer" Hannah of Fable II.
She's your team's tank and has the body to fit the part (big, burly, and strong), she makes some of the most interesting conversation during the game, and her backstory includes abandoning her pacifist order of monks when it's clear her talent as a fighter will do the world more good. She might not be the most well-known heroine, but she's awesome.
The only legitimately good graphic of her I could find is a giant DeviantArt sketch, which I will link here instead of posting full size.
