I;m not really a huge fan of video pinball I prefer the real thing, saying that though pinball is dead and it is rare to see a real pinball table out in the open. There are still new pinball tables being made but they are all electronic and have a screen instead of a propper table set up.

Depends on where you are, man. Redline and I are heading to pinballz in Austin later today. It is a two story, department store sized pinball arcade with over a hundred tables. It is heaven.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I have a CIB Pinbot Dave - the box is in rough shape but if you want it for your collection, we can make an easy trade.

Having just popped in the Williams Pinball Collection (Wii) this morning for a few minutes, and then downloaded Zen Pinball 3D (3DS) so I could have some heart-pounding action on the go, I love seeing this topic on the front page -- and seeing the collection photos from dsheinem.

Wish there were RL options locally... but video pinball is a great compromise since I will likely never be able to afford a real machine.

I'm so happy that I found Hardcore Pinball for the GBA today. There are 4 tables. I tried each table once so far. Two tables are pretty bad, but will get more chances to redeem themselves later.
The soccer themed pin was pretty fun and had a decent playfield layout.
The Retro theme table has vibrant and colorful art that is inspired by 1960's pop culture It was not quite as good for layout as Soccer, but it caught me off guard when I somehow "broke the television." This vibrant and colorful retro playfield turned black and white. Neat!
Systems: Pong, Odyssey2, Atari 2600, NES, CDX, SNES, N64, Saturn, DC, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, GCN, Wii, Xbox360, OUYA
Handhelds: GB, GBC, GBA, DS lite, DSi, Virtual Boy (<< is that even a portable?)
EM Pinballs: Bally Dixieland, Gottlieb Flying Carpet
SS Pinball: GTB Circus, GTB Count-Down, GTB Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Stern Lectronamo, Stern Galaxy, Bally Black Pyramid

I think Hardcore Pinball is one of the worst pinball titles I've played, personally. Don't go expecting for that redemption!

Well damn. I guess I'm glad I hadn't found it at a tempting price then.
