It starts of really enjoyable, but it really starts to drag on.

That's always a shame.

GOD those last two bosses in Castlevania were hard, especially Dracula. Those two alone added a good two hours to my playtime. I'm so glad it's over...
DUDE! Already beat a game I sold ya? Nice.
Ha, yeah. I couldn't put it down, I really loved it.
Adding to my sadism streak, I beat Jamestown today. That last level really tore me a new asshole, I probably spent as much time on it as I did on the other 4 levels combined.
Re: Games Beaten 2012
1/21 Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception (PS3)
1/23 Deus Ex: Human Revolution (PC)
1/31 Deus Ex: Human Revolution: The Missing Link (PC)
So, one of those grey area ones, where this is DLC that I beat. I don't count it towards games beaten, but I want to talk about it, so here it is.
I felt that this is a "must play" DLC for Deus Ex. It fits in nicely with the overarching story (in fact I wish that it would just integrate into the story once you bought it.) I suppose some of the conventions, like how you lose your augs at the beginning of the DLC would need to be re-evaluated. No need to go into the gameplay as it is identical to the main game, the story is the reason to play this and it doesn't let you down with about 3 to 4 hours of gameplay.

1. Sonic CD (PSN)
2. Golden Axe Warrior (PS3)
3. Ico (PS3)
4. BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger (PS3)
5. 3D Dot Game Heroes (PS3)
6. SoulBlade (PS1)
whelp, my first SoulCalibur-related game beaten of the month. I think it was ExedExes who mentioned in the TR thread that you should approach SC games with the intention of always beating it faster than last time. It took me about 25 mins to beat this one. Admittedly, most of that was on the last two bosses though. For its time, I'd say SB looks great. The intro CGI's were impressive for sure. It plays fairly well too. Certainly not silky smooth. But not frustrating by any means. I used Sophitia, who is my favorite in IV. Unfortunately the copy I bought from eBay is a bit scratched, which caused a few momentary freezes. But even worse, it actually froze the screen while loading my victory video
EDIT: it just unfroze itself. I got my victory video.

Games beaten so far:
1. Mario vs Donkey Kong: Minis March Again - DSiWare
2. Sonic Generations - PS3
3. Super Mario 3D Land - 3DS
Starship Defense - DSiWare *new*
Mediocre tower defense game. If you've played other games in the genre, you've already played this. 5/10

Deus Ex: Human Revolution (1/12)
Mirror's Edge (1/18)
Medal of Honor [2010] (1/23)
Puzzle Agent 2 (2/2)
This was a nice sequel to follow up on the horrible cliffhanger ending of the first Puzzle Agent game (I was really annoyed by how abruptly the last game ended before tying up any loose ends). I like the town of Scoggins and all the weird people there. The puzzles in this one seemed a bit easier, with a few obnoxious exceptions like the number sequence puzzles that don't work like traditional number sequence puzzles. Again, the ending was kind of off for this one as well, but not as badly as the first. Overall, I liked the game.

This was my problem with the first as well, but I still liked it. Quick one? 2-3 hours, if that?

It was short. I would say 3-4 hours is probably a better estimate.
