Are These Official Genesis Controllers?

I was looking to buy some 6-button Genesis controllers and I found some on ebay. They say Sega on them so I'm assuming they are official but the buttons don't look the same as others I've seen. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/2XBLACK-6-BUTTON ... 175wt_1396

I'm guessing reproductions especially since it is coming out of Hong Kong. Also that guy's feedback is not so good.

They look authentic enough, but I'm gonna go with cheap Hong Kong knockoffs myself. Ebay seems to have like 60% of their goods come from there these days ugh

Definitely knockoffs. Look at those ugly square plugs on the end. There were s few different plug designs for the 8 and 16 bit Sega systems, but they were all log and sleek. So wonderful, people are going to need to check for knockoff Gen pads now.

Keep in mind that it is 98.8% to 226720 sales. Not really that bad at all.

Yeah but read some of the neutral/negative comments. Clearly this person is selling a lot of shoddy products. Lots of items don't arrive at all. I wouldn't take the risk.

i wouldnt get those it says the wires are 0.8m long...unless you plan on sitting mad close to your tv

plus i bought one of these controllers from china a while ago off ebay..the buttons were loose and the thing just felt cheap

i would only buy those to fix some 6ers i already had that are worn.

the blue start button indicates knock off. It should be the same color as the x,y,z buttons
