got it all Saturday! Only things that didn't work was a PS2 controller with one of the analogs completely missing and the PS2. The problem with the PS2 was the rails that the laser slid back and forth on were very dusty. I just used a bit of trombone slide grease on the rails and it has worked perfectly for the past few days!
