Right, and my list could have possibly been twice the size, but Taito did a lot of publishing too. Still was amazed to get as many Taito-developed games as I did; the Darius series alone is nearly half of them, alongside Space Invaders. I'm hoping one that's not in either of those 2 make it. Gekirindan is awesome as well. Metal Black just has a lot of STYLE, in its graphics, sound, and play.

If you start up Rayforce, right after the "Stage 1" appears on screen, listen for "This is the control tower, make a left turn, over" in the music -- that's a sample from Taito's 3D helicopter game Air Inferno. NICE.
