Yeah, I think it just comes down to marketing. On PS3, they are differentiating between the 'minis' and their simple nature, and the more fully-featured, PSN games. Transition this to PSP, and 'minis' are a bigger deal.

just to clarify, ALL of the Minis will be one-player ports. Minis are intended to be PSP games, but have since been made playable on PS3.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Um, this game is awesome. I really like the controls and the ease of straffing. I haven't played this genre in forever. I dare say I like it more than the original Metal Slugs.

Have you noticed that they drew different sets of left facing and right facing sprites for all of the characters? They are always holding their weapon in the correct hand. So much detail.

Yeah, it's pretty intense for an arcade game, even by SNK's standards. I hope that SNK puts more Neo Geo games up on the PSN. These games have been remade so well!
