What CONS are you going to this year?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Leave your Adidas and quasi-fashionable jeans and button up shirt at home sir; there is only one me (I might have to talk with my Father to confirm that).

Please PM me any info on the con, and for GOD's SAKE hopefully you can take a quick break to grab some brews and chews. If not, I'll be happy to deliver some food(s) for ya. Keep me in the loop Fast, last years meet up went by all too fast.

We gotta get closer before plans can be made. How much time I get off depends on how many people we have there. Last year there were only two of us, so it was hectic to try and get off, this year we should have three or four.

When/where is Animazement? I mean go this year. I wanted to go last year because Satoshi Kon's wife was there but could not make it down. He is one of my favorite directors of all time. Sad what happened..

Raleigh North Carolina May 25th-27th. At the Raleigh Convention Center: 500 South Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.

The convention center is neat but is complicated to get around in for your first time - it reminds me alot of Eschers Relativity (a joke not lost on the crowd).

You working-con people. The real fun starts when we close the game room.

Heads up, I have to make it to a wedding on Saturday so I'll be AFC from noon-5p, so don't plan anything without me! I think we will be killing the room Fri/Sat at 1am (RCC closes at 2:30a). Food is taken care of for staffers, but you'all know I'm down for a beer.

Luke -> You plan to stay a bit longer? Let me know how many your gonna roll up with so I can see about badges. I'm also looking for some help on running the retro side, we are expanding to eight PVM setups.

Sony PVM monitors. These beasts can handle any video signal you can throw at them (well, maybe not 3D). Since they all have the same look, it adds to the aesthetics of the game room.

crap. You guys aren't making the decision on which day to go any easier...
Go every day bro! Since I don't live in Mass going more than one day would be a killer commute. Plus I have to work Friday. :?
