*I* knew what you meant. Devs is SPECIFICALLY devs, not publishers. In the case of some of Capcom's published titles, on the title screens, it says "Supported by Takumi", "Supported by Cave", etc. That's why I'm guessing they felt Progear could make it into the Capcom voting. Z x Z is a great game. I'm rooting for space megaforce though as I've had it for a bit and still havent' fired it up.
