alright guys, this thread has definitely gotten out of hand. And I admit I had a hand in that as well. Let's just try to difuse this bomb and all agree to disagree. These piracy threads never go well, we should all just expect that at this point. Shake hands and move on?

I can respect others opinions and enjoy intelligent conversation. But when you discuss in a trollish manner, both of you did go back and re read, then that is annoying and breaks down the discussion.

Most of these people being stolen from are rich beyond belief and have no idea what it is like to work a 60 hour weeks just to survive. Infringe on their next dollar though and they will cry the blues. I don't see Hollywood or Metallica going bankrupt.

Tell me this: Is it not stealing from me when a DVD yes that the movies is the best ever and when I watch it I feel as if watching to hamsters get it on would be more entertaining? Are they not lying to me to free me of the burden of 20 dollars for a blu-ray with statements as such? How about changing formats, vinyl, 8 track, cassette, CD, now MP3, how many times must I pay for the same song? What about video games, anyone not feel ripped off when they realized the picture on an Atari box had nothing to do with a game?

Until these people are willing to refund my money when they have sold or re-sold what is no longer value for my dollar then I say they can kiss my ass.

When is enough going to be enough for them? If mega upload was giving them a cut it never would have happened. There are people in this world who cannot afford to pay over and over again for movies that continue to let them down in the value they get. There are people who work for weeks to buy a new movie or game only to find they have bought a piece of shit. Speaking of which, how many of you have had Fallout freeze up on you? Getting any refunds for busted software? Isn't selling you something that is not as advertised or broken the same as STEALING?

Now I am off to play Superman 64, glad I paid 50 bucks for that badboy!!

You can expect several Megabox announcements next year including exclusive deals with artists who are eager to depart from outdated business models.

That announcement was made 1 month and 1 day before the shut down.
