That is unless Kenji can somehow revive the series and he's involved.

I think you are confused about how many bad Mega Man games already exist.
Uh, yeah. The Mega Man series was already showing cracks back on the PS1.

I am looking forward to Microsoft not releasing or announcing a new console as there is still plenty of live in it, still selling well, and making them money unlike the PS3 which is doing poorly and losing Sony money. Hearing about Sly Cooper, Half-life 3, Halo 4 and hopefully a new story trilogy for Mass Effect, it can't be over already. Also a redesign of the 3DS with bigger screen, better batteries, and a second thumb stick.

I thought all the PS1 Mega Man games were great. It was the PS2 ones and Mega Man Network games that were bad.

X6 was kind of shit. Kind of mind you. Well....the Battle Network games started off good enough....it's just that unlike the Megaman Classic and the X series, they didn't get EVERYTHING right on the first try.....so the series needed some major changes to make the games truly shine....changes which never came cause capcom just kept releasing the same exact game which drove the series down the drain. I think that if capcop had fixed some issues and hadn't milked it to death, it could have done as well as pokemon (it had the collect and trade thing going on with the battle chips).

But let's be honest, weren't the original Megaman games after 3 also a bit lackluster? I think only the X and Zero series truly shine through their entire span (mind you the Zero series was only 4 games, and when I say the entire X series of course I mean up to X5, not the abominations that came after it)

BN2 was actually a vast improvement over BN1, and BN3 added some nice stuff. BN4 also tried to innovate... *tried* to, it absolutely failed. 5 added Liberation Missions, so 6 is really the only one that didn't do anything to advance the sub series. The worst MM games would have to be 8, X6, BN4, SF2 and SF3 (equally bad), and above (below?) all else, X7. Oh dear God no not X7. DEAR. GOD. NO.

No way, Mega Man 5 is my 2nd favorite Mega Man game after Mega Man 2.

Implying that there's a way to tell 3-6 apart. They're all amazing, don't get me wrong; it's just that they stopped innovating for 4-6.

hahahaha. Ok. I just found them a bit bland compared to 1-3. But who am I to judge? I might be named after one of the franchise's character but I suck at the games
