Seems like that controller would be really uncomfortable to use and wouldn't allow for much control in the game

It get's more functionality if you combine it with the joystick peripheral.
I feel old when talking to anyone my age yet too inexperienced to effectively talk to anyone older. Life is grand that way.

Neo-Geo's main selling point was that all the other systems were for little kids while theirs were for the grown up and serious gamers.
