Kega Fusion for Mac Q: Sega CD problems?

Post by flylikeabird »

Hey guys, anyone running Fusion for their mac? If so can anyone give me a step in the right direction in getting Sega CD isos to run?

I read the read me and it said to download the bios for each region and place them in the same folder as Fusion, which I did. However, every time I try to run an ISO I get the same message "USA bios missing." Is there a step I'm missing or something? ANy help would be much appreciated :)

somewhat related, but keep in mind that the mac port of fusion does not support games run from the disc drive, only ISOs. took me a while to come to that "duh" moment and actually read the readme.

You might be able to use the raw block device as if it were an iso file, because that's what it essentially is. Just make sure you have the proper permissions to access /dev/disk*. If that fails, just 'dd if=/dev/disk* of=~/diskimage.iso' and use the iso.
