Mine is like that. I wish it was tighter. How much is it going to cost you?
Wouldn't it be under warranty still? It hasn't even been a year for the 3ds yet.

sbk wrote:True. I guess I would just have to pay shipping. Hmm. I'll have to think about it.
Wow. Let me know how long it takes for you to get it back. I'm sure they would transfer all downloaded games to. I might have to give them a call.
According to their email they sent to me...
- Your pre-paid
UPS return label is on the way and will take between 3-7 business days
to arrive from the date you set up your repair
- Average repair turnaround is 10 days from the time your shipment
arrives at Nintendo

Im really not sure whats the norm is... seems like half of the 3DS wobble a little when it set at the define angle while others stays firm and wont wobble. I was testing this on my friends kid 3DS's and it seems that theirs were firm and did not wobble (note their 3ds are newer production batch since it was the Zelda one and the Red one).
Overall if your really annoyed by the wobble then is okay, but it just weird and awkward for me so thats why i decided to sent mine in.

"Nintendo has confirmed that North American gamers will be getting the same treatment. The free eShop demos will begin arriving tomorrow, starting with Resident Evil Revelations.
Nintendo outlined plans for a few more demos as well. Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games will arrive on January 26. Rayman Origins and Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D are also scheduled to come to the eShop, though no dates have been set" IGN
