nope, but I'd put my money on it being good since Way Forward made it.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Anyone try Aliens: Infestation on the DS yet?

that's how I've been with Bloodrayne Betrayal. I don't know why $5 makes a difference, but had it come out at $10 I would have bought it right away.dsheinem wrote: It is on my "wait for a price drop" list...

Bloodrayne Betrayal was interesting to me until it got absolutely slammed in reviews. The new Alien game, on the other hand, has been positively received.noiseredux wrote:that's how I've been with Bloodrayne Betrayal. Re: Top 5 Best and Worst Movie Based Games
the reviews don't bother me much. I like the Bloodrayne character. I like Wayforward. Besides, the first two Bloodrayne games got terrible reviews too. And I feel like most of the negative reviews I read of Betrayal were complaining about how hard it was.dsheinem wrote: Bloodrayne Betrayal was interesting to me until it got absolutely slammed in reviews. Same here. I've had it in my hand several times, then look at the $30 and put it back. I will get it eventually though.dsheinem wrote:It is on my "wait for a price drop" list...

Yeah, you know, I hear you on this. Every other level is a completely different play style, practically. I like it that way, but it does feel cobbled together. And I remember feeling that parts of Sid's Room were totally unfair. Anyway.FiftyDollarCurse wrote:I really enjoy it too. But that doesn't mean it's not a completely bad game. The graphics are very impressive and my favorite genre (2D platformer) but it is such a piece of shit to actually play, employing the "throw a bunch of shit at the player" philosophy, which just makes it akin to Home Improvement with '94ish contemporary graphics.Key-Glyph wrote:I'm surprised you mentioned Toy Story on your bad list, though! I really enjoy that one.

So I posted this, but the forum doesn't think I did, no little dot on the thread to indicate as such to me. Not important to me personally or anything, but I thought I'd point it out in case it's a bug that should be fixed or something.BurningDoom wrote:5 Best Movie-Based Games:
-Spider-Man: The Movie (PS2, XBox, Gamecube)
-Batman (NES)
-Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie (SNES, Genesis)
-Die Hard Trilogy (Saturn, PSX)
-007: Goldeneye (N64)
5 Worst Movie-Based Games:
-E.T. (Atari 2600, and yes I have actually played, I own it)
-Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game (Saturn)
-Friday the 13th (NES)
-Conan (NES)
-The Karate Kid (NES)
And I enjoyed Iron Man. I just don't get the hate for that game. You fly around and shoot things with lasers, missiles, and even a flame thrower; and then watch them blow up. What's not to love about that?
