144,050 is my highest score on the pce version so far. Anyone else tried this version? Its one of the hardest shmups Ive played. I need to give the mame version a shot and see how different they all are.

Konami, eh? Didn't realize there were so many!

+3 Axelay
+2 Ajax
+1 Time Pilot

I'm good on all 3 of those. Practice Time Pilot on an actual arcade machine every month, and have Axelay -- I too would agree with something other than Gradius

Forgot they did Mega Zone -- might be a tad bit obscure for some people, plus that was arcade only. LOVED it though!

Dude, cmon. How the hell am I supposed to calculate that in a vote? I'll count +3 Gradius IV, but there is no way to accurately count "SNES/Genesis shmup".

Did Konami publish no proper shmups on the Genny?
