i bought this so i could use my sega saturn arcade stick on my dreamcast but it came with no instructions anyone want to tell me what the button mapping is? i searched online to no avail

I doubt you will find it online. Just check with a Street Fighters game for instance and go int settings and redefine keys. The button you press will tell yo what it is mapped to. It should be a reasonably logival mapping though.

One thing that I had with my Total Control 5 is that with SFIII TS, the Z and C buttons on my Saturn joypad were not mapped, but it somehow has to do only with that game, because I did not have the problem with SFIII Double Impact.
