I can't do it. I know I won't bother if I have to try keep track for a month before posting.alienjesus wrote:I think i preferred when this thread used to have monthly updates myself.

So far in 2012 :
PSP System
Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core
Call of Duty United Offensive (PC)
Call of Duty Finest Hour (Xbox)
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Hardened Edition (Xbox 360)
Yeah, so I'm trying to complete my CoD collection ...

You can't keep a text file on your desktop that you drop stuff in throughout the month?noiseredux wrote:I can't do it. I know I won't bother if I have to try keep track for a month before posting.alienjesus wrote:I think i preferred when this thread used to have monthly updates myself.

Nah, people can use it how they want. I just wonder if people are using it like the find of the day thread instead of keeping a running tally like before.
Re: Games Acquired 2012
The "finds of the day" thread, traditionally, didn't cover games found for MSRP or standard retail price, games downloaded, games bought for current market value on eBay, etc. People started to post those kinds of "finds" there, so we made a "Finds of the Year" thread for truly exceptional finds. The result is that people can now post so-so finds in the "of the Day" thread without people like me getting our panties in a bunch.alienjesus wrote:Nah, people can use it how they want. In this thread people can post whatever they want.

Re: Games Acquired 2012
Alien Syndrome (NES)
Robotrek (SNES)
Shenmue (DC)
Suikoden IV (PS2)
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together (PSP)
Good games, but these were bittersweet purchases. Shenmue and Suikoden IV were purchased only because the copies I had were badly scratched and damaged. And Robotrek is a game I used to have as a kid, but lost long ago. The other two games are new to me at least.
