Jailhouse Chef (help me remember this sketch)

Hi everyone,

Whenever I see a comedy sketch about a cook or chef I always immediately think about my favorite Chef Comedy Sketch. I am not sure, but I believe it´s called Jailhouse Chef.
It´s a short sketch on some probably 90´s Comedy sketch show like SNL or In Living Color. I do not even know which show it is from.
Anyway it´s a short sketch I´ve seen at least 2 episodes of.
It´s an inmate who gives tips on how to prepare food in a jailhouse cell. He wears a white chef outfit along with the chef hat.
It cracked me up as he used the metal bed as a bbq and stuff like that. He always has something that you find in a cell and that you can utilize to make food with. As if.....
Anyone remember this sketch. The guy was a really cool laid back and gave good tips on how to prepare food. It was so ridiculous. I googled, nothing came up. Perhaps it´s called differently.
Anyone remember this sketch? What is it called? From what show is it?
