Wait. Shouldn't that be titled "Somewhere between 31 and 32, Pinocchio"?
Watched the Search for Animal Chin last night for laughs with friends. It's so weird to think that Tony Hawk was so much older than I was when I first saw this.
What was the last movie you've seen?

Indeed they could!Golgo 14 wrote:...The thing that stood out for me in that movie was Ethel Barrymore's performance. She's a supporting player, but really stole the show when she was on screen. Kind of the same reaction I had recently seeing John Barrymore in Grand Hotel. Those old-school Barrymores could act!
And I agree wholeheartedly. Ethel Barrymore is a joy to watch in this movie. It's really a shame she isn't seen more. I also saw her not to long ago in The Spiral Staircase. Yet another movie where her role was relatively limited, yet she still managed to outshine her co-stars. And I dont' just mean that because the main character that interacted with her was mute, she 's just that good.

I think now I know where Rockstar got their ideas for GTA and Manhunt from!

I think the MGS series drew just as much influence from that movie as GTA did.TEKTORO wrote:John Carpenters:Escape from New York.

But yea Liberty City, and the dark setting remind me both of GTA & Manhunt as for the main character MGS all the way.

Sympathy for Mr Vengeance. My favorite Asian revenge flick is still I Saw The Devil but this was pretty good. Very ruthless.

Just finished G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. It delivered exactly as I thought it would: Nothing too deep or complicated, but it was an action-packed thrill ride. And in that respect, it was good. And damn was Scarlett and Baroness freaking hot, or what?

I went to the theater today and saw Mission Impossible 4. Not a perfect movie, but I enjoyed it for what it was. I think it was better than the other three movies.
