Currently drive a 91 Mazda Miata, my 2nd one.
Over the past 5 years I have owned 8 cars

89 nissan 240sx hatchback
91 Mazda Miata with hard top
91 Nissan 240sx hatch
89 nissan 240sx Coupe
88 Mazda RX7 that I did a Ford 5.0 V8 swap into
91 Plymouth Laser Turbo
90 Eagle Talon AWD Turbo
91 Mazda Miata (Current)

I always use my current car to get the next one by selling or trading it. I hopefully will be the owner of a Mint 1979 BMW 320i that my friend will give me once I can get his other car in working order.

Only put in a new transmission mount and wheels. It's a great car. Seats 4, and has plenty of trunk space. If I try hard to be conservative it gets decent mileage too, current average readout is something like 31mpg.
