*edit* Haha, I just looked at some of the "offers" that people sent me on Ebay, which were automatically declined. Someone offered $150. Another offered $450 with a comment berating my asking price. Another guy offered $550 claiming "this is the highest I can go", but then he later privately sent me an offer for $650.

Insane. Absolutely insane.

No. I had the game and didn't really think it was all that great. The battles are annoying, I ended up getting rid of it for like $40. (I wasn't the one who bought it in the first part so it was of no loss to me.)

However, the game was re-released on GBA, which would entail just as much legal scrutiny, if not more, than a VC release.

Except it was a Japanese release only. Copyright enforcement tends to happen less when it's not in your country.

It is, id rather play Super Mario RPG, Secret Of Mana, or Final Fantasy 3(6)

also this game seems to be going up in price... the lowest amazon has it used for Cart ONLY is $155, wtf people, stop being scalpers!

But yeah, that is so true. I mean in my opinion Earthbound is very visually appealing but it doesn't have much going for it other than that. I never understood the hype. What is it again? haha
