I don't think I could try it even if I wanted to- my Asian market caters very heavily towards Chinese immigrants.

Yeah, you probably have to find an actual Japanese market. I've been to Chinese markets and they never have nattou. I also tried finding an online store that had it to no avail. Probably due to part to needing to stay refrigerated.

Once again, I fucking love the stuff. It tastes extremely good to me. I should go buy some this weekend. I'm craving it.

It's citrus soy sauce. The exact one I use:

Some call it cock sauce because of the rooster on the bottle. The real name is Sriracha sauce, but I have no idea how to pronounce it. It's probably my favorite hot sauce ever.

I am quite curious about that citrus soy sauce though! That sounds really good. I'm not sure what it would be best on, but I will have to look out for that. I've only recently started trying different sushis, as I was a little worried that I would not have the exotic taste buds to enjoy raw fish. Luckily, I quite enjoyed it!

Most sushi restaurants will give you ponzu if you ask. Some people prefer it over regular soy sauce.
