I think I might do a version myself with instrumentation. Super fun to jam on.YoshiEgg25 wrote:Sleng Teng is awesome. A couple friends from music websites I go to made one, and I was name-dropped in it.fvgazi wrote:Cutty Ranks - Sleng Teng I love a good sleng teng.

It has been a loooooooooooong time since I've listened to Queens of the Stone Age. Still great to hear and Mexicola is still excellent.

This is the epitome of listening to QOTSA for me. I always preferred the live track over the recorded because they just sound more 'powerful' to me.noiseredux wrote:definitely an awesome band. Never heard that live one though.OldSchool_Boy wrote:

That album is stellar. My copy has the DVD too, which is even better. QOTSA was amazing across their first 3-4 albums, but have fallen off a bit since IMHO.OldSchool_Boy wrote:This is the epitome of listening to QOTSA for me. Lullabies to Paralyze is seen as not a worth successor to Songs for the Deaf from listeners but I honestly love how different the albums are. Era Vulgaris was something else but after a few listens I really began to love the sound of it and it was in heavy rotation whenever I would play Fallout 3. I need to re-buy Fallout 3.
