Emergency 3 in box? Pretty sweet -- the game is *interesting* to say the least.

I'm not into portables much and aside from some compilations, there's not a lot that interests me that I'm aware of. But even there, I have all of the Gradius, Salamander, and Parodius games on real consoles. I have the Capcom ones too. I have Space Invaders Extreme 1 & 2 on DS with a paddle controller. Have Lumines on PS2. Don't care for platformers. Don't care for FPS on consoles. Don't want to play RPGs on a tiny screen.noiseredux wrote:why is that?Hobie-wan wrote: I don't have a PSP.
My DS and GBA barely get used. Soooo, I can't really think of a reason to get one.

Forgive me if you already know, but your post makes it sound like you aren't aware that the PSP 2000 and 3000 have TV-out. You don't have to play on a tiny screen unless you are away from your TV. The PSP even supports progressive scan with a component or d-terminal cable.Hobie-wan wrote:I'm not into portables much and aside from some compilations, there's not a lot that interests me that I'm aware of. I was aware of that, though it did slip my mind when posting. I also have a crazy backlog that includes plenty of console and PC RPGs I haven't gotten too. I suppose I shouldn't have listed that as a negative though. Anyway, just not enough to draw me into getting a PSP. If there was I'd probably jump on that $70 shipped one in BST.Inazuma wrote: Forgive me if you already know, but your post makes it sound like you aren't aware that the PSP 2000 and 3000 have TV-out.
