Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
This is an issue with the Subsilver background then. There should be auto size reducing for anything that breaks the margins - to help with people who view the site on smartphones.CRTGAMER wrote:Can a Mod fix this?
If your background setting is Subsilver 2 then you can see the pic below in a full image. The default Racketboy background results in a reduced image.
Oh and I found Metroid 2 cart only for $1.90

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Year"
Got this for £37

Only joking
------------------------------------------
Those in the know might consider this next item worthy of being in this thread, those not in the know, wont

Acquired via ebay auction for $25, £17GBP, shipped from USA to UK
The seller has more listed...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-Sega-D ... 8040234158
Tha seller also has yellow controller, vmu and standard mouse bundles.
I hope this is not the start of a flood of these being available, making any present/future value plummet
PS I couldn't resist buying another one at the BIN price

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Year"
Here are two of mine...
The first was at a flea market in the middle of nowhere on the way to beach. It was 11 copies of NES' Smash TV, all unopened, and an unopened copy of Lost World for the Saturn. Total Cost- $22.00
Second, I got a Super Nintendo, Multitap, 2 controllers, ASCII Turbo Pad and a bunch of games including Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy 3 and Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
Total Cost: $29.99
Honorable Mention: Complete copies of Guardian Heroes, Mr. Bones, Three Dirty Dwarves and MechWarrior for the Sega Saturn. Total cost: $12.00
I've attached some photos.

I'm not in the know on that VMU...how is it like the examples? Why should we be salivating over something that's $5 on eBay?

Since this signature affects old posts, I'm leaving a message here in case anyone searches for my username. This account died in early 2013. I am no longer a fundamentalist.
Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.
