I got bored and had a little fun with a toggle switch. Now I can switch my cart between the original clock speed and overclocked on the fly.

Why does everyone use big paddle switches that look like tumors on their mod projects? Give it the respect it deserves and put a flatter rocker on there!

Rocker switch wouldn't fit well. The paddle switch only needs a small hole to be installed. This allowed me to install the switch onto just the back half of the casing. If I installed a rocker switch I'd need to cut a hole in both halves of the casing. I'd rather just have a small hole in one half of the case personally.

This is a fascinating project with a nice case to match. However, the rocker switch looks to be retarding an otherwise awesome project. I'm a bit skeptical about this actually improving the performance in the game, in so much the fact it has an extra clock speed and simultaneously speeding everything up.

A PAL version of the game in an emulator would run identical would it not?

The game is sped up but it's still perfectly playable. It's much smoother than before. You can do whatever you like in an emulator the whole point of this project is to have it running on real hardware. Some people prefer it this way.

That's a very good point actually.
