My AV Famicom with rgb, s-video, composite, stereo sound wit

I've since added a new feature to the system for all you stereo sound mod haters!





This switch switches the audio circuit between the original av famicom audio circuit and the upgraded stereo sound circuit. You can flick the switch real time while the system is running and the audio circuit changes instantaneously with zero delay.

Also my first couple of completely commissions showed up at clients houses. Here's some pics of the system running on a flat screen to show how clean the video quality is....

The audio sounds so much better. It's actually in stereo now instead of a dual-mono setup. Though I must admit some of it sounds weird in stereo like how it seems to add the drums to the left channel only. Especially noticeable in the TMNT soundtrack where the drums and bass were panned hard left and the melody was panned hard right, not sure if I liked that, kind of a weird mix. Still very cool though!

Ah. That's the, what was it, Square-Square // Triangle-PCM split from the core?

I'm hoping on day we'll have on-board 5.1-style.

I didn't design the audio circuit I just built it from the kit but I assume it's something like that.

The funny thing is he said he noticed light jailbars so I asked him to take a picture of them and this is what he sent me

But he says compared to the rgb nes this system is much much better.

I have an old Japanese red/white famicom with composite out and it's not a great picture at all. I was wondering if you are still taking commissions and if you would be prepared to mod a famicom for me?

Yes I take commissions. Hope you have deep pockets. Most of the money doesn't go to me most of it is for necessary parts.

I had Drakon mod a Famicom for RGB and improved audio for me and it is excellent. The RGB signal couldn't look better and the audio sounds much better also. Yeah, it was very expensive but worth it in my opinion. (^_^)b
