but if you get 96 you can join the club this Thursday!wip3outguy7 wrote: Yeah, I'm very impressed with the Neo Geo Station's emulation, interface and presentation. I may pick up '96 with some extra PSN monies I just got. I'm crossing my fingers for a '97 release tomorrow, however. If it drops, I would get it instead.

Believe me, I'm tempted. Leona is OP in '96 and she is always on my team. It would be fun. Riot of the Blood, FTW. I also run Terry "don't jump at him" Bogard. DP frame blocking Rising Tackles all day.noiseredux wrote:but if you get 96 you can join the club this Thursday!wip3outguy7 wrote: Yeah, I'm very impressed with the Neo Geo Station's emulation, interface and presentation. Riot of the Blood - The state Leona and Iori go into when the Orochi blood takes over
Terry Bogard - Has stupid anti air priority in KOFs '96 - '98. His rising tackle went from being a charge move to a dragon punch motion.
DP - Dragon Punch (motion)
frame blocking - In some of the earlier KOFs, higher priority moves will frame block. The action will freeze for a second (in dramatic fashion) and the winning move follows through.
And yeah, I will probably pick it up if KOF '97 does not release tomorrow.

I've downloaded it. Just got to shake the cobwebs off and I'll be ready for Thursday.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

LOL @ list. Other than Samurai Shodown (which has ass netcode), I wouldn't really want to play any of those... budget title or no.
