I feel like XII would be an amazing game if any of you guys lived near me and we could play sitting in the same room. I'm gonna keep it though. It is fun when it works. I look forward to a XIII price drop though.

You should buy it now.. It's published by Atlus and there won't be a price drop anytime soon unless Amazon has a lighting deal or something.. And it's worth 50 bucks IMO..noiseredux wrote:I feel like XII would be an amazing game if any of you guys lived near me and we could play sitting in the same room. I'm gonna keep it though. Re: Thurs Night Budget PS3 Fight Club -- Vote for February!
February's poll is up, and it's a little different than the last couple of polls. Since Feb's Together Retro game is SoulCalibur, we're going to be playing SoulCalibur IV for two the fight nights, and voting on the other two weeks. The poll runs until 1/15 and you can change your votes as many times as you want between now and then.

downloaded KOF96 and been practicing. Shit's awesome. I mean, it's not as fluid as 98. But it's also not as brutally punch-you-in-the-dick hard either. Let me say this: SNK Playmore know what they're doing with these Neo Geo Station PSN releases. First off, you can play it on PS3 or PSP (no online with PSP though), you have lots of customization (button config, screen ration, etc etc) and of course we can play online. I just think it's great that we're getting these really excellent emulations that are far better than just a ROM wrapped in an emulator. Totally worth the $9.

Yeah so annoying.. I need to get money together to buy KoF 96, BF 3 xpac, and possibly Castlevania Harmony of Dispair(been wanting it awhile) and maybe even Daytona.. But I don't want to put my Credit Card info on PSN as you know, so I have to buy a PSN card.. Maybe ill get the code online though..

bad news on Tekken Hybrid you guys. Apparently Namco thought it was a good idea to remake Tekken Tag in HD for PS3 WITHOUT ONLINE INCLUDED.

Yeah, I'm very impressed with the Neo Geo Station's emulation, interface and presentation. I may pick up '96 with some extra PSN monies I just got. I'm crossing my fingers for a '97 release tomorrow, however. If it drops, I would get it instead.noiseredux wrote:downloaded KOF96 and been practicing. Shit's awesome.
