What are Your 2012 Gaming and Collecting Goals?

1. I've been somewhat neglecting my super nintendo for quite a while now so I'd really like to give it the attention it deserves by getting a game that I can find interest in for more than 5 seconds.
2. I reached 100 NES carts this year so maybe I should try to make it 200 this year? haha
3. Get a Sega CD. I was supposed to get one from a guy for $50 before Christmas and then...well, Christmas happened. Hopefully he's is still holding on to it for me.
4. Get rid of the stuff in my "get rid of" box.
5. As long as it doesn't get too pricey I might try to start adding some boxes/manuals to my N64 collection. But idk because I'd rather spend my money on games than boxes, but when I get most of the games on my want list maybe that'll be a good time to start.

Gaming Related

1- Spend more time with each game, and cleaning out a bit more. I'm around 20 games or so, with some I'm questioning wether worth keeping.

2-Get all the Achievements in one game. Sure, they mean nothing, but that 1000/1000 looks so good... I'm just not doing it on a game with collectables (Possibly Arkhum Asylum, but Arkhum City collectibles...)

3-Pick up what I've been missing, and get what I can for N64.

NonGaming Related

1-Try to be less stressful over grads and my incompetant Chemistry teacher. (She loves to play learn in 45 minutes what took her 15 years of college)

2-Attempt to be more confident with girls, and overall more outgoing. Of course, I need to figure out how to get people to invite me places.

3-Get a truck, and ideally a job that is secure and I can work in happily.

My goal is to finish my SNES collection... but ive been saying that for over 10 years now.

I'm not much of a collector so my goals are pretty simple.

-Play every Metroid game.

-Valkyria Chronicles.

-PSP and DS games are going to be really cheap this year. I don't have a DS but I'd like one at some point. I just don't like the button layout or size and I think they're really uncomfortable. But...Metroid! Zelda! Fire Emblem! Maybe the cramps would be worth it. Either way, lots of RPGs and Ace Combat games to catch up on.

-Play less games so I have time to write detective stories. YOU ARE THE MURDERER!

Diversify and participate in as many Together Retros as possible
Continue to play in as many Thurs Night Budget Fights as possible
Complete a RPG (last one was Kingdom Hearts)
Play my handhelds and the libraries I've collected (3DS, PSP, NGPC, GBA)

Collecting Goals:

Accurately log everything I own (rfgeneration tool)
Finish off essential Wii and Gamecube games I'm looking for
Be super organized in time for Toomanygames this year

Get my Xbox 360 replaced (as it broke a few days before Xmas) so that I can finally play Skyrim.
Work through the Wii Mario/Zelda games.
Finally complete Ocarina of Time, I've started that game so many times but never stuck with it.

• Complete my N64 collection (this is a bit ambitious for the next 12 months, but I'm down to about 100 to go)
  Round out my Dreamcast collection beyond the 12 or so games I bought 10 years ago
  Pick up some late-era DS games before they become impossible to find (…still wishing I grabbed Radiant Historia while I had the chance)

Gaming

• Finally play Mother 3
  Play through my current-gen backlog (which is now gigantic thanks to all of the Black Friday sales)
