OK cool. For some reason I couldn't get it to work on my PS2. I guess it's one of those rare games that doesn't like the swap trick. But if yr PS1 is hard-modded, then yr all set.

that's what I ended up doing. Though I'm gonna get the JPN PSN version for TR so I can use my arcade stick.

What's the best non-PC Engine console for Ys?

Playstation Portable, as Ys 1 & 2 Chronicles

Im in the same boat,got all my TR2012 stuff ready except Ys.Its up to the TG16 version (which is in need of some love atm) or PSP version (which dont have a PSP but will by then)

you should get Sonic's Ultimate for PS3. It's such a great collection. And cheap!

Yeah but the only games I want on it are the Sonic titles and Vectorman. The Sonic compilations on GCN already have me covered.

But theres loads of great games on there 0_0. Fantasy Zone, the Streets of Rage games, Beyond Oasis, Phantasy Star, Golden Axe Warrior and the shinobi games justify it for me alone.
