ticked sold my personal virtual boy on ebay at the start of december guy emails me saying he finally tried it and said it doesn't work when it was fine when i packed in 2 rolls of bubble wrap cause i played one last time the auction was no returns so it is covered by paypal protection now the guy just emailed me saying i ruined his kids christmas what should i do

Accept a return. Did you photograph the packed item before you sealed it and mailed it out?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
