Indeed. 2012 by far has the largest selection of games I'm interested in since TR started. I've played about half of them previously but there's still some good variety.

It's just the DOS version running in DOSBox. Nothing special. In fact, I know a few people actually have issue with the Steam dosbox setups so you may want to pass.

Buy this version. It's the one I've got, and I've never had a problem with it. Runs fine in real DOS and in DOSBox

I can believe this. Wasn't happy with the Steam versions of the old Dooms at all myself. My as well grab the WAD's from somewhere and use a source port.
Man, I really wanted to get Maniac Mansion for Commodore 64 or Amiga 500, but it's surprisingly hard to find and much pricier than other alternatives :S
If all else fails, I'll play it on Day of the Tentacle.
