Tim's less than an hour from the record. Everyone jump in and watch Nibbler roll over a billion! This has only happened once since 1984. Huge thing to see!

Pretty neat to catch the record being broken - how does one die in that game exactly?

Running the snake's head into its body or running out of time.

You can get game over in three ways:

1. Running out of lives.
2. Your game turning off for whatever reason.
3. Going over 128 lives and dying. Basically overflows the life number holder. This is what Tim usually worries about and what doomed him last time I posted about this.

^ Thanks - wasn't picked up how many lives he had from the live feed so this makes a ton more sense. Very cool.

Yeah, 100 and above the number gets weird. He's at 49 right now. He went and took a shower and lost around 20 or something.
