I am finally getting my game collection documented and I have been using Delicious Library on my Mac. The new version has a "publish to web" feature. So far it is pretty cool, shows box art, reviews and a quick plot rundown.
I was wondering if you guys could let me know how it works on your computers. It works pretty good on a mac using safari, but it looks like it doesn't like Internet Explorer on a PC...but really who does? (grin)
Here is the link:

It isn't all my stuff but I have a good bit on there.
Thanks!

Ooh! I've seen the Mac software before and though it was pretty cool.
Glad to see they added a web feature.
I hope to have similar functionality in my game database (you will be able to add games to "have" and "want" lists), but it may be a while before it looks as pretty as Delicious Library

Yeah it is a great software, works really well with my movies also. But looks like the web integration isn't all that it's cracked up to be if you aren't viewing it in safari... Oh well, maybe it will get better.
I can't wait to try your database out, I am sure it will be great. Keep up the good work.

Thanks -- I'm doing some initial testing and having my programmer weed out the bugs.droorz77 wrote:Yeah it is a great software, works really well with my movies also. Most of the major bugs should be out of it in the next few days and then I'll have some other people try it out.

It looks interesting. Curious, does it lack an alphabetizing option or is that the order in which you entered the titles?droorz77 wrote:Yeah it is a great software, works really well with my movies also. The software is really only useful to Mac users with built in iSights. Or Mac owners who already own an external iSight or a firewire Quicktime compatible video camera.
If you don't own a mac, then theres free alternatives out there for the windows crowd.
If you have the above equipment it's great and definately worth £20. If not then i'm not sure if it's worth the effort...
