Weaponepsilon's VG Room "in progess"

Post by weaponepsilon »

Note this is the "Game Room" and doesn't currently show the content of the Living room. Apologies for shitty cell pics.

Room under construction....

How many consoles are connected to a TV?
Since this signature affects old posts, I'm leaving a message here in case anyone searches for my username. This account died in early 2013. I am no longer a fundamentalist.

Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.

Nice lot of stuff. I spy the funky NES cart ejector storage thing.

Currently just one, but I have enough inputs and switch boxes to put the 14 or so together. I haven't had enough time to connect it all. My ultimate plan was to have them all connected, but watching Rolfe's vids made me think I should par it down.

Mind you this is just the "Retro" room. All my 1-6 gen systems are in there, and the newer stuff is in the other room. Wish I had enough space to fit my JAMMA cabs in there....

I've never seen consoles stored vertically, and I like it! Takes up a lot less floor space!

1) Where at in MN?

2) Where are the cabs? What kind?

3) Constructive feedback - build/buy some more customized shelving for the games - all that extra space in front of the games detracts aesthetically (the console shelving is cool though).

4) Some quality boxed SNES/N64 stuffs, and granted, cell phone pics - but they appear to be very nice shape. Nice job.

Nice collection! Vectrex 8)
I really like how the consoles are too. For some reason it reminds me of one of those Japanese stores.

I back noise. Add retro themed toys and collectibles in front of games. This is as long as they're not overwhelming. I feel like the less it looks like game storage, the cooler it is, but then again I'm more a of a minimalist. Ironic in on a collection forum.
