Re: Thoughts on Xbox 360
I've never had any problems with my old 360 overheating. I actually know several people that haven't had any trouble with their 360. Red ringing isn't quite as much of a big deal as it is sometimes made out to be. I do agree that it happens more often than it needs to, but don't buy another system just because you think your 360 will overheat. You should also keep it horizontal because the biggest fan is on the bottom.

Re: Thoughts on Xbox 360
I've never owned an Xbox or a 360. Grew up on good ole' NES, Genesis and then PS1. Never was into shooters and whatever other kind of games they had on Xbox. Companies like Square and Capcom didn't support the Xbox very much. Nothing against the systems or anything, but if the games I want aren't on it, I don't care how "advanced" it is.

You can still enjoy the 360 even if you like classic games. I own many classic systems from Atari VCS to NES to Genesis, but I enjoy the games on the 360.

Re: Thoughts on Xbox 360
I don't have any loyalty to any system, though I'm partial to Playstation cause it's, well, it's "Playstation." If not for the PSX I would have given up gaming ages ago. It's more just the style of games. Halo, Gears of War, all those kind of games? Not for me. I was never the kid in school who played Goldeneye with a bunch of friends, I was in the Final Fantasy VII group, lol. Just a preferencevgmastercleveland wrote:You can still enjoy the 360 even if you like classic games. I own many classic systems from Atari VCS to NES to Genesis, but I enjoy the games on the 360.

I'm partial to Sega, particularly Genesis (hints my avatar). I was never the kid in the modern warfare group or anything like that. I was usually the kid in the zelda group. I bought the 360 to keep up with my friends that play the new systems, and I chose the 360 over PS3 because I don't like PS3 at all, and wanted to be able to play halo.

I mostly use my 360 for playing Bayonetta.
