Just got bodied as a japanese tomboy by a japanese guy that looks like me.. He outparried me and then did an electric fireball finish on me..

The creature approached. I walked backwards while firing. This had little effect, so I aimed for the knees and blew its legs clean off. It continued to pursue me, dragging it's legless torso forward with just the power of its arms. I had unwittingly backed myself into a corner and couldn't get a good shot anymore as it was right under me. I attempted to stomp it into oblivion, but I faultered and it lifted it's blade sharp arm and ran it through my chest. I watched helplessly from my impaled position as it severed my limbs. Poor Isaac.

Being shot at after sucking at stealth (Deus Ex: Human Revolution - PC via OnLive).

Mostly not getting there in time to stop them from killing Shaundi (Saint's Row 2 (The Ultor Mission) - PC via OnLive).

Time ending, not having rings and one time got vaporized by Robotnik while chasing Metal Sonic (Sonic CD - XBLA).

I was just hit by a purple rolly-polly and exploded, causing every enemy around me to die and clash into a pile of colorful voxels. (Voxatron)
