A giant worm thingy burrowed into my face while I was Mining (Terraria).

a dragon breathed fire at me and also jumped up and smothered me. He killed me like this about a dozen times before I decided to just try another night when I was less frustrated.

I was reloading my Boner gun (yes, that's what the game calls it) and a skinless monster tore me apart. I couldn't drink my Tequila quick enough to restock my health!

I suffered a heart attack or something when the game clock hit 0 whilst I struggled with a puzzle involving a key, switches and conveyor belts.

I think we should run a guessing game with this. I don't know what some of the above are, but I'm assuming fastbilly was playing New Super Mario Bros. and Applequeso was playing Metal Gear Solid....1?

I guess my backloggery sig kinda sabotages mine though
