Actually, the baseball lot was one of my donations :)

Not sure what I've purchased yet, but I'm glad once again this was a success. Everyone involved should give themselves a pat on the back.

I donated those (and the other Famicom lot and the copy of Zelda for the Super Famicom).

I`ll be getting everything in the mail (from Japan) ASAP! Thanks everyone for bidding, makes me feel good that the stuff raised a bit of money for a good cause!

I donated the Lynx bundle - didn't put together any game lots. Ken Griffey Jr. is definitely worth bidding on though. Congrats (and nice lot Luke).

You are a hardcore Saturn fan. I thought I won more, but it looks like all I managed to come away with was a "Tales of Legendia" book, the Mario Galaxy Commemorative Coin, and my own weaksauce Sagat. KHAAAAAAAAN!
Yea I saw you trying to bid on that Atlier art book. I think I put a max bid of $30 on it. Not because I think its worth that much, but more so because I was treating the bidding more as a donation than anything else.

But overall my four items came out to be $25. I think I definitely made out pretty well when it came to value of the items won.

I was thinking of bidding on it but then I realized that I had enough consoles/handhelds to play with so I passed. It is a nice bundle though.

I won a few things. I got the 1996 magazine year but dsheinem beat me on the 1995 year. I could not believe but I won the xbox magazine collection for $1. Wow. I also won the PS3 Fallout.

All in all, it was a good group of stuff. I wasn't up for trying to snipe at the end so I just put my max bids and was pleasantly surprised that I got 3 out of 4.

Is anyone else seeing people quoting and responding to posts they don't see in this thread?

The entire time this thread was up I'd do my usual 'view most recent unread post' and it was screwy because I'd click that, read, then exit back to whatever section I came from and it would still indicate that I had unread posts. I'd click it again and it would show me the exact same post I'd just been directed to. Now that people are quoting others to answer questions, I see quotes of people that I see no original post for.

nope, no problems for me since "view active topics" continues to be the best way to browse the forum

I am trying to work with Mike to figure out how to send out a lot of invoices at once, so hopefully you will all have those soon!

I was having the same issue. It seems like it was just jumping to the first post of the last page. It may have been skipping pages for you, Hobes.

And dsh, he meant when you click the little button next to the topic when there's unread posts; it's a black arrow pointing to a blue page on the Glossy Blue theme. It takes you to the oldest post that you haven't read yet.

I've backtracked and still not seeing the original posts that are being quoted. :?

Yeah, when people were complaining about their method of using those active topic buttons and stuff, my way of browsing each section and clicking 'last unread post' in a thread was never broken. It is only happening in this charity thread. I assumed it was being weird since it is replicated across all board sections. But now the fact that I'm apparently not seeing some posts at all it worrisome.
