We are planning a retro game night at my house sometime after the new year, you should join us.

And I have seen a few saturn pads and a couple games
Search neo geo, and he just has overpriced games for sale with pictures left. The Neo Geo was the gold version for $250 boxed

I might be in town for a meet up, but usually I'm only in Houston on a Sunday (every couple of weeks or so).

actually found a few games today:

Super Bonk - $4.50
Ray Tracers (complete) - $2.50
Primal (sealed) - Free (buy two get 1 free deal)

Then I hit up goodwill, found the other half of last weekends find (I found Space Channel 5 case but it had Crazy Taxi 2 disc in it)

So I found Crazy Taxi 2 case with space channel 5 in it. $2.99

Hit up the swap meet and managed to haggle down a vendor who is usually very firm on prices:

Pikmen (Gamecube, missing manual)
Loaded (paper long box complete)
and a small pocket knife

Paid $13 for all.

While I was at the swap meet I picked up a pretty sweet cell phone: Motorola MicroTAC 550.

Passed on Y's III for the SNES. Its a good game but I've heard the hit detection is just horrid. I'll hold out for the Genesis version.

Great Find! Wait a minute how many did you get and the name of the stores?

The 4 disc soundtrack? Sweet tunes, especially the 1st disc from the first Command and Conquer. I remember Best Buy had a promotion on a soundtrack when you bought the PC game Red Alert 2. Mechanical Man track is my favorite on the first Command and Conquer and it was not even on the CDs!

i got 3 in total. Vlame is working on something with me to get 1 of them. One will be used for a repro because it is just easier than finding the SMB2 cart with all the pins and no seal of quality and re-wireong the cart and the other will be used as an adapter for some famicom games i have in a pending transaction as well.

i got them from these stores:
Game Hits in lansing MI
Disc traders in lansing MI (if you have one of these i highly recommend them very affordable compared to most other stores)
Replay Entertainment Exchange in Lansing MI

i plan on doing another adapter hunt here again some time but i think this time im going to head over to grand rapids (the complete other direction), i would like another 1 or 2 to keep around in case i want to do another repro that needs some ridiculously weird cartridge like the FF3 repro and id like to have some to trade here as well to people that may need them

i was shocked as hell i found 1 at every store to make sure i didnt miss any i checked all the cart contacts if it was 5 screw just to be sure i didn't miss any.

 Very nice! There was a recent post about someone trying to decide on a Famicom 3rd party console. Maybe might be interested in buy one of your adaptors to use in a NES.
